Curious George and Smoky Hills PBS Are Coming to Garden City

BUNKER HILL – Smoky Hills PBS is excited to announce that Curious George is coming to Garden City
on Saturday, September 4th from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. This FREE Family Fun Day event will be at the Lee
Richardson Zoo.

The Family Fun Day event gives kids a chance to see Curious George in person and the first 500 kids in
attendance will receive a FREE bag of gifts. “We are thrilled to bring back our Family Fun Day events, and
what better way to do that than with Curious George at the zoo,” said Haley Gagnon, event coordinator
for Smoky Hills PBS. “It’s so great to be back in the communities we serve and it’s another great thing we
do for our viewers in Central and Western Kansas.”

Family Fun Day is an educational and entertaining event that Smoky Hills PBS puts on approximately 4

and FREE books and educational gifts are distributed to those children in attendance.
